Get Found, Get Chosen

The résumé an evaluator scans in seconds and the LinkedIn profile a recruiter searches before that, treated as two surfaces of the same record. You audit both, rebuild them field by field, and set a cadence for re-checking them each search cycle. Most of the other courses assume a working document and profile, so this is where that gets built.

About an hour to read end to end, and the work is yours to pace. The last section is a sprint guide that lays it out day by day if you want a schedule.

What you walk away able to do

  • Audit your résumé and profile against how they are actually read
  • Write bullets that carry checkable evidence
  • Build a headline and title that match how recruiters search
  • Fill each LinkedIn field for both machine matching and human reading
  • Set a re-check cadence so the work stays current

Questions about this course

No. The profile work matters more when you are being searched for than when you are applying, which is most of the time at senior levels.

No. The last section prioritizes the changes, and the sprint guide breaks the rebuild into days so you can do it in pieces.

The examples are written generically for a tech audience rather than drawn from one person’s history. The structure is what transfers, and each lesson has a worksheet for applying it to your own material.

Around ten and a half hours of reading if you go straight through, though most people work through it a section at a time alongside an active search.
